Hi, I’m Meryl Hathaway

with Lemon Grove Wellness

Lemon Grove Wellness supports your whole self—from the seeds at your core to your brightest outer rind.

With a background in the arts, I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Certified Pain Management Coach (CPMC), and a volunteer pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trainee under supervision at Southern California Counseling Center. I will soon earn my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and am working toward LMFT licensure.

My approach is empathic, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping you recognize and build on the resilience you already possess. I am trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming, and strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I will always show up with authenticity, in bright colors, with a sense of humor.

If you're feeling stuck, navigating anxiety, challenging thought patterns, chronic pain, women's health concerns, or a major life transition, I'd be honored to support your growth and transformation.

How was Lemon Grove Wellness born?

From the idea that we are all Lemons, both bright & aromatic, and sometimes in need of healing

Lem·on ˈle-mən

Synonyms of lemon

1: an acid fruit that is botanically a many-seeded pale yellow oblong berry produced by a small thorny citrus tree (Citrus limon) and that has a rind from which an aromatic oil is extracted

2: a tree that bears lemons (often found in a grove of many trees)

3: something (such as an automobile) that is unsatisfactory or defective
